Netflix has acquired global rights to the film 'Bad Bridgets'. The film package was launched to international buyers at the American Film Market (AFM) by FilmNation, with WME Independent representing it in the U.S. The project is being produced by LuckyChap Entertainment, Margot Robbie's production company, alongside Coup d’Etat Films, the banner of writer-director Rich Peppiatt and producer Trevor Birney, which launched in 2024. Peppiatt and Birney optioned the source book in 2025.
