Marcela Said is directing 'Puma', produced by Ronda Cine, Wood Producciones, Fasten Films, Haut et Court, and Cobalt Films. Said previously directed 'The Summer of Flying Fish'. 'Puma' follows a couple living on the shores of Lake Pirihueico in southern Chile who go on a puma hunt in the mountains following a friend's visit and the drowning of their son. Protagonist Pictures is handling sales for this film.

Sofia Carrillo is directing 'Insectario: Despertar', produced by Inicia Films, Cuadernos de Cine, and Pimienta Films. The film is a stop-motion animated gothic-ecological genre bender set in a world where insects are extinct, involving a researcher who accidentally brings a preserved moth back to life.

Carla Simón is directing an 'Untitled Flamenco Project'. Simón previously directed 'Alcarràs'. She is due to present her 'Flamenco' short film in partnership with Audiovisual From Spain in Cannes and is currently shooting a feature film centered around Spanish dance.
